I am an IT professional with a strong foundation in cyber security and technical support, passionate about problem-solving, building secure systems, and continuously learning through hands-on projects, labs, and real-world challenges. My background in operations leadership has shaped my ability to stay calm under pressure, manage complex tasks, and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences. I’m now focused on applying those strengths to IT and cyber security, contributing to resilient systems while developing my expertise further.
